Portishead two-storey

This lovely 1930’s detached house in Portishead needed a full renovation, and the clients also wanted to extend to create a larger family kitchen and master bedroom with en-suite. We designed and obtained planning permission for a 2 storey side extension – larger than the clients thought they might achieve!  The results of the whole house are absolutely stunning, and the frameless glass balustrade to both the ground floor terrace and first floor roof terrace offer fabulous views towards the Portishead lakegrounds. We have now also obtained approval for a single storey rear extension on this property!
