Call or email us to arrange an initial consultation, initially via phone or video call. We will be able to advise on what might be possible, and provide a quotation for our services. If you wish to proceed, we can visit your property to discuss your dreams!

Once appointed, we will carry out a measured survey of your whole property, including the loft space. From this survey, we can produce existing plans, elevations and a section, or build a 3D model, of your existing home. This will form the base of all our design work.

Now the fun begins! We start developing conceptual designs so that you can see the options available to you. We send over the concept designs so that we can discuss and refine the design until you are completely happy – and hopefully really excited!

Once the design is finalised, we submit the relevant application to the local planning authority. We will prepare all supporting documents as required.

With planning permission in place, we now start working up detailed drawings for submission to building control. We work closely with the structural engineer to ensure a suitable structural solution.

We will ensure you have all of your approvals in place before building work starts. If you need help finding a builder we are very happy to help.
